Logging in to Lexia

A few people are having some minor issues logging in to Lexia.  There are a couple of really common glitches that we come across at school ALL THE TIME. Most of these are rushed errors. I checked Lexia this morning and it is all in working order. I hope this helps.

Step 1. You may be asked to add teachers email - sometimes it's only the first time you log in but for some devices it may ask every time. Here are our email addresses.

You can also use this email address to ask for help or advice as it is difficult to answer troubleshooting questions on the educa message board.

Step 2: Make sure that you are logging in as student (sometimes the kids try to log in as educator and it won't work). Your username and password are the same and were included in your pack. There are no capital letters and no spaces in either.  If you click 'show' on the password bar it will show the text you type so that you can check for spelling errors.
